This recipe is for an individual serving of olive and herb grain-free FAUX-caccia (fake focaccia, get it? hee hee). I cooked it in the microwave so it took less than 5 minutes to make. This fake focaccia is my own variation of "Low Carb Bun For One" from Free Range Cookies.

It will be my first grain-free, dairy-free, soy-free, starch-free (SCD) Thanksgiving. Right now I'm obsessed with Elana's Pantry - so many great recipes. I can't cook fast enough!
