Facial Yoga

I know this isn’t exactly about food, but it’s pretty cool. I’d heard of the “Free your tongue” pose before and have used it when my jaw has been really tight. Tonight I did all of the poses in this series and my face definitely feels more relaxed.  I’m going to do this several times a week! Try it for yourself and see if it doesn’t make your face more relaxed.
